Property Manager Full-time

at MOBILE HOME PARK Mississippi in Mississippi (Published at 06-11-2020)

In order to be successful in a management role with our company, you must be able to work well with and direct others. In addition, we want this person to be creative and have a heart for helping others. We are looking for a candidate who can fill a hybrid role for us ? this person should be able to handle park operations, be familiar with maintenance/construction, and be the facilitator of community programs. Below is a list of duties this person would be responsible for (but not limited to):

a. Handle calls, showings, and problems pertaining to the Property, its tenants, and residents;

b. Prepare and serve all necessary notices to enforce rent collections and unit maintenance;

c. Submit all receipts to the Employer in a timely manner for processing.

d. Submit all necessary paperwork applicable to any changes in resident status;

e. Prepare and maintain documentation pertaining to the Property;

f. Prepare and maintain all documentation pertaining to current and prospective tenants or residents;

g. Create Community Events/Facilitate Community Outreach Programs;

h. Property cleanup as needed including trash pickup, etc.;

i. Other duties as directed by a Supervisor.

The property we are hiring for is a 100 space community located in Biloxi. Our top priority for operations would be to increase occupancy and improve curb appeal. In addition, we want to start working on community events and outreach immediately.

Our most successful managers take the initiative to build a community that stands out as one they would want to live in and be a part of. When our parks do well, our managers do well. We have bonus programs in place for a variety of areas including rent collections, leasing, occupancy, etc. In addition, we offer seven paid federal holidays and vacation/sick pay after an introductory 90 day period.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Experience:
