POSITION SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to maximize the effectiveness of the Field Sales Team and the entire Department in its efforts to implement and drive consistent and quantifiable results for all marketing and sales programs. Key areas of focus include the direct interaction with customers to address and resolve service issues allowing field reps to focus on selling products and services.

CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Directly investigates and resolves simple to complex problems, including demographic changes, billing adjustment requests, testing information, requisition data or ordering, submitting SBAR requests to Quality for investigation, or submitting Service Now requests for client IT needs. Documents all activities through Salesforce for clear lines of communication with management and field representatives.

2. Manages all incoming requests from clients and internal customers including opening new accounts and updating current accounts. Resolves and triages issues and requests, forwarding issues to the appropriate manager for resolution.

3. Completes projects as needed; such as test mapping, pricing projects in support of field reps utilizing tools available through Marketing, or other projects as needed.

4. Collaborates with Internal customers/departments to determine and implement improvements in our processes, ultimately giving all customers a better service experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Four (4) years? experience in the clinical laboratory/diagnostic/health care industry.
  • Ability to function independently.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple situations and tasks at once, synthesize complex data and maintain confidential materials.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sales and/or Marketing experience, especially within the industry.
  • Associate?s Degree in a related field. Experience with the following PC software: MS Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, lab LIS and billing system.
