As our Organizational Design (OD) Consultant, you will have unquestionned impact by overseeing the design and implementation of Hanger Clinic?s field organizational structure as it transitions to the Hanger360 model. Your expertise and exceptional consulting skills will be highly impactful as you lead change management and communication in support of this critical organizational transformation. Your Impact

We are excited at the outcomes you will help drive as you:
  • Lead organizational design efforts and orchestrate across work streams to coordinate efforts, ensure sustainable progress, and effective integration of feedback and learning
  • Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts across the organization to:
    • Determine the optimal organizational structure(s), roles, and governance
    • Develop job descriptions for all roles
    • Facilitate the process to select and tailor the appropriate structural archetype for each geography
    • Lead talent skill availability and gap assessment vis-a-vis future state and develop transition plans
    • Establish work processes and mechanisms to support effective performance within new organizational structure
    • Design and implement performance measures and metrics to evaluate effectiveness of new structure
    • Assist with designing total compensation to support high performance and high engagement
  • Champion change management and communications efforts for Hanger360 in collaboration with leaders across the organization and internal communications team
  • Influence and clearly articulate the case for change and communicate to all stakeholders
  • Identify barriers to change and ways to address them to ensure successful implementation

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor?s degree in related field is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience to include a minimum of 5 years? experience designing and implementing organizational structures and transformations in complex organizations is required.
  • A Master's degree in OD or HR related field is strongly preferred.
