As the Executive Assistant supporting our President, Products & Services as well as our SVP and Chief Clinical Officer, you will oversee all administative operations for these two key senior executives. They are excellent to work with and highly collaborative. Your Impact

Working at our headquarters located at The Domain, you will be an instrumental and valued extension of the efforts of these organizational leaders and their respective staffs by:
  • Arranging and participating in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
  • Managing, organizing, and updating relevant confidential data into documents, reports, presentations and email using computer applications.
  • Arranging and coordinating complex travel reservations and expense reimbursement.
  • Researching and investigating information to enable strategic decision making by others.
  • Organizing and executing special business related projects.
  • Managing incoming calls and visitors for principal(s) to ensure high customer service and responsiveness.
  • Creating and editing correspondence, presentations, and surveys.
  • Building effective working relationships with senior Hanger executives, their teams and other executive assistants to ensure optimal service and office/phone back up plans.
  • Ordering and maintaining relevant office supplies for effectiveness of personal duties.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma, GED, or specialized training in related area OR an equivalent combination of education and experience supporting senior level executives is required. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of related professional experience directly supporting senior executives on a one on one basis with all office administrative needs to include travel coordination, scheduling, and expense reconciliation is required.
