Job Description:

Founders First Capital Partners, LLC provides funding and business acceleration support to underserved markets. We focus on businesses led by women, ethnic minorities, military veterans or businesses located in low to moderate income areas. Through our 10 week Bootcamp program, these businesses work with experts to build a 5-year Growth Game Plan and achieve funding readiness. Founders First Capital has a seasoned leadership team and is well-positioned for rapid growth.

As the Program Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving enrollment of small businesses to our 10 week Bootcamp program. The Program Recruiter will grow the sales pipeline, follow up on leads and build long lasting relationships and strategic partnerships with small business organizations. It is the responsibility of the Program Recruiter to ensure a smooth onboarding process – i.e. identifying and enrolling qualified business owners, as well as providing outstanding customer service.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and qualifying prospective business owners for the Bootcamp program
  • Persistence and flexibility – we require 50-100 phones calls per day
  • Generate leads and ensure high Bootcamp enrollment rates
  • Follow up with active leads to achieve program recruitment benchmarks
  • Schedule and conduct Bootcamp enrollment services interviews
  • Ability to reach the minimum expectations as laid out for the Program Recruiter role (recruit 15 business owners per Bootcamp program)
  • Develop and adhere to an effective call strategy that includes communicating effective messages to business owners through oral or written communications
  • Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback and work well with team members
  • Research and stay up to date on networking opportunities for small businesses
  • Clearly articulate the organizations mission through each interaction
  • Relationship building skills that will inspire small business owners to refer their friends to enroll in the Bootcamp program
  • A flexible go-getter personality who will do whatever it takes to get the job done!
  • Attend 1 networking event per week and represent the organization’s brand well
  • A proven track record of results-oriented success and/or phenomenal customer service
  • Develop a network of business owners in order to generate recommendations to the Bootcamp program.
  • Manage and expand partner strategies


  • 2-5 years of work experience in sales and customer service
  • Ability to multitask and go-getter attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to connect with people; warm and approachable
  • Exceptional organization and multitasking skills
  • Collaborative and team oriented
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Prior leadership experience is a plus
