  • Drive flawless execution of Customer distribution by working closely with internal and external partners and key stakeholders to include: Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, as well as 3PL Partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement in our warehousing and distribution centers. Research warehousing best practices and identify those that will differentiate Ariat within the marketplace it serves – driving high customer satisfaction & lowering operating costs
  • Provide rolling forecasts to 3PL (pre-season, monthly, weekly volume estimates) to plan capacity and labor
o Coordinate with Sales, Planning, and Merchandising on in-season initiatives that may impact volume projections
  • Drive consistency and accountability through implementing and monitoring best practices and following standardized methods and processes.
  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs to make operational changes to ensure high 3PL performance
  • Work closely with the 3PL Distribution Operations leaders to monitor defect trend data and implement process improvements within the warehouse for quality related projects
  • Align with 3PL on value added services and customer routing requirements, ensuring understanding and compliance
  • Ensure communication from 3PL to Sales and Customer Service teams to provide timely information (i.e. ETAs to customers) on outbound shipments
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a large distribution center environment with pick pack operations, high sku count in a complex high-speed operation.
  • Continuous improvement mindset. Have lead end to end CI initiatives within distribution operations
  • Apparel or Footwear Industry operations or supply chain experience a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Self-starter, able to work independently, with strong analytical skills, and the ability to leverage systems to access data effectively
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Tableau experience preferred
