Sales Coordinator Full-time

SeeScan Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an entry- to mid-level Technical Sales Coordinator to help further the growth of our organization.

SeeScan is an engineering and manufacturing company that serves the plumbing diagnostic and utility locating industries. We love making things that solve real-world problems our customers face daily, and we want someone who can translate our products into customer-centric solutions.

Summary

In this position, you will help us reach out to established markets and sell products that add value to the SeeScan name. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will offer solutions in response to varying needs, follow up with timely responses, and address issues as they arise.

Our ideal candidate is an outgoing individual with superb people skills who is independently motivated to succeed, demonstrates an active interest in technical sales, and has a desire to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Establish contacts and build rapport with customers and organizations.
  • Follow up on leads.
  • Provide helpful technical information, prepare quotes, and respond to purchase orders and repair requests.
  • Initiate sales orders.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM database.
  • Keep industry knowledge up-to-date by participating in educational opportunities and attending industry meetings and shows (some travel required).
  • Proactively set goals to move sales forward and drive revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to read and interpret sales and marketing data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and adapt to changing situations.
  • Capable of working independently.

Other Helpful Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP and CRM software is a plus.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Accounts is a plus.
