Position: Japanese Customer Support- Airline Account

Location: Taguig

Industry: BPO

Schedule: Dayshift

 

Be part of our team if you are;

· Native/ Non-Native Japanese
· With good proficiency in Japanese ( N1, N2 or N3 level)
· No JLPT certification needed
· Undergraduates are welcome to apply
· No experience required
· Amenable to work in Taguig

Responsibilities;

· Handling customer concerns and feedback
· Build strong client relationship and improve customer experience
· Liaising closely with internal departments and external entities for documentary requirements
· Preparation & submission of regular operational related reports
· Submission of necessary documents & reports
· Maintaining proper filing system
· Communicating with customers through email and doing phones calls to resolve inquiries/ concerns.
