Office & Marketing Assistant Full-time

The LoftCrafters, Inc. is looking for a self-motivated, highly organized, and reliable Office/Marketing Assistant. If interested, please read the entire description below, and tell us why you would be a good fit for TLC – a generic reply is not enough!

About Us!

TLC is a growing construction company that specializes in building room additions within the existing high ceilings of homes. Our office is based in Irvine, CA, and we serve customers throughout Orange County and parts of the Inland Empire. We have been in business for over 14 years, and completed over 1,400 loft projects to-date!

Our tight-knit company consists of about 20 employees with 5 people working in the office and the rest working in the field. Good communication and teamwork are essential for the success of our small business. Our focus is 100% on customer service and creating a positive reputation.

Critical Qualifications

Very strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient with basic math (invoices, bank deposits, etc.), highly organized, and punctual. Applicants should have the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload while working under the direction of an Office Manager. Above all, we need an Office Assistant that is dedicated to our customers and excited to learn!

Technical Skills

MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Bonus Skills

Interest or experience in marketing/social media. Ability to generate and review written/graphic content (i.e. regular blog posts on the company website to engage with customers). Experience in QuickBooks and Salesforce is valued, but not necessary – we will train!

Daily Activities

A lot of variety: answering phones/scheduling, customer data entry (Salesforce), filing, accounts receivable, assembly of materials for customer appointments, occasional review/input of marketing content, etc. You will be constantly interacting with our employees, customers, and vendors. Occasional driving may be required, but we reimburse for mileage!

Compensation

$16-18/hr based on qualifications. Annual reviews of performance and pay, monthly safety incentive bonuses, and the opportunity to build professional and technical skills.
