Description: We are looking to hire a dependable, self-starting, multi-tasking Counter clerk to join our Parts Department team.
Skills Required:
  • Work effectively with limited direction as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow instruction, have a leadership mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be self-motivated, an initiator, have a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Must be very detail-oriented and ability to keep work organized.
  • Ability to complete work in a timely manner.
  • Multi-task with incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers; ability to shift and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting terms is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of FedEx Ground, Freight, & Express services is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and able to type 45 wpm.
  • Must be proficient in computer basics with excellent typing, grammar, and communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.

  • Manage and re-stock a retail showroom.
  • Determine price and availability for parts orders.
  • Responsible for handling warranty claims.
  • Keep records of all orders and special order parts through a shared database system.
  • Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up at the retail store.
  • Correspondence with customers and vendors on a daily basis.
