CareMeridian is looking for a Clinical Specialist to help develop Quality Improvement in the Clinical Programs team and reporting to the Clinical Programs, Vice President.

The company is seeking a highly driven, and responsible individual that can actively participate in the care of our patients and make quality improvements to our programs.

Job Description:

65%-80% travel to various facilities throughout the 5 states of CA, NV, AZ, UT and CO to audit, educate staff under the VP of Clinical Programs and according to the company policy and procedures.

CareMeridian is looking for a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality improvement to the leadership team and clinical programs, supporting the operations of the organization. Candidate must possess excellent clinical and customer service skills and enjoys auditing, educating and working in a fast-paced clinical environment with quality and compassion a must.

The candidate must be a graduate of a formal educational program in Nursing and must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an RN with emphasis on assessment, management, rehabilitation, post-acute and/or long term care.

The candidate must be proficient in policies and procedures, reviewing, editing and drafting policies and educating on procedures like admission and discharge processes, MARs, clinical care and documentation within the company systems.

Additionally, the prospective employee will maintain cooperative working relationships with staff and licenesed physicians while proactively demonstrating flexibility and excellent problem solving skills resulting in high performance standards ensuring quality patient care.

  • RN Degree required plus four or more years of related experience with at least three years of experience in clinical supervision as ADON, DON/Administrator preferred
  • Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
