Project/Program Management Director

Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the Contact Channel Manager and Analyst organization.

Manage a team that delivers small to medium Contact Channel (phone,
chat, email, SMS-2way) projects
Provides professional thought and technical leadership
Impact is on multiple functions or processes and typically global
Ensures Global Consistency and Adherence to global standards
Understands regional relevance and ensures exceptions are warranted
and well documented
Interacts with multiple executive and director customers within the
Call/Contact Center as well as IT
Partners with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders
Defines and drives strategic direction for group
Involved in making complex decisions and involved with projects which
typically have company-wide impact

Expert ability to lead multiple project teams simultaneously
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Advanced Communication skills
Advanced Time management skills
Advanced Cross-Functional & Customer Service skills
Mentoring/Coaching skills
Understanding of products and their value added to the customer
Ability to work effectively with senior management
Ability to influence others to achieve results
Call Center, Telecom, and Contact Channel Experience a significant plus
Typically 15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of
education and work experience
Typically requires 8+ years diversified leadership, planning,
communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent
