Digital Marketing Manager Full-time

Synopsys is looking for a high-energy digital marketing manager to develop and execute digital campaigns. You will advise teams on the latest digital trends and use web personalization, account based marketing, email marketing, search optimization, video marketing and paid media to improve engagement. In this role, you will collaborate with a variety of marketing managers throughout the organization to create, measure, and optimize B2B digital marketing programs that achieve results. You should be highly strategic, dynamic, and technically savvy.
Your responsibilities will include building dynamic, integrated campaigns and using tactics such as web personalization, lead generation, email marketing, paid and organic search and social media to achieve digital goals. You will work with business units and graphic designers to craft personalized web experiences for Synopsys.com website visitors.
Working with the broader digital team, we will measure and optimize campaigns to increase web traffic, email open rates, and improve engagement and conversion. We will build SEM and SEO programs to achieve traffic growth and utilize A/B testing and optimization techniques to improve site performance. In addition, you will build executive dashboards to build awareness of campaign performance and support the business. You will conduct knowledge sharing and training sessions to promote digital practices and tactics across the organization. Additional responsibilities may be assigned due to a dynamic, agile, and high-energy environment.

Demonstrated knowledge and success in crafting, executing and measuring digital strategies and campaigns
Experience building demand creation programs, search optimization and email marketing strategies
Experience designing web content personalization strategies and marketing automation practices
Hands-on experience using marketing technologies such as content management systems, marketing automation and search engine optimization
Experience creating analytics dashboards and performing data analysis
Results driven experience optimizing the digital experience to engage customers and prospects
Be skilled at presenting to senior leaders and audiences
Possess analytical thinking and mathematical skills
Be curious and adaptable
Demonstrate program and project management leadership and experience
Ability to collaborate and inspire extended teams
Demonstrate high integrity with strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Three to five years of corporate digital marketing experience with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science or related field
Certifications in digital marketing are desirable
