Outside B2B Sales Account Manager Full-time

Corporate Payroll Services is seeking an Outside Sales Account Executive to join our B2B sales team!

Our ideal candidate will be outgoing, social, energetic, professional and highly motivated to succeed in a fast paced environment. This position will identify new small to medium sized clients using direct prospecting efforts and networking. This role is responsible for representing our services such as Payroll Services, Time & Attendance Tools, HR Services, and Insurance to executives, business owners and other decision makers.

90 day paid training and evaluation period on site. Total compensation will include base salary plus commissions, mileage reimbursements, expense reimbursements, and quarterly and annual bonuses.

Job Duties:

  • Confidently schedule and run appointments with and presentations with final decision makers
  • Perform professional presentations or demonstrations of company financial services, HR services, payroll services or insurance services.
  • Cold call small to medium-sized businesses in person and over the phone to schedule additional meetings and presentations
  • Network with business owners
  • Grow your sales through referrals
  • Create new business that contributes to our prosperity and your personal success
  • Maintain active membership with local networking group which meets in your area
  • Represent our services to businesses with leads which are provided for you from the inside sales and marketing teams
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of B2B sales experience, preferred
  • Cold calling sales ability and an assertive and positive sales technique
  • A valid driver's license, access to your own vehicle, proof of auto insurance with a clean driving record and a clean background check are required
  • The ability to overcome obstacles and achieve monthly sales goals
  • Professional attitude, demeanor, selling style and appearance
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
  • Excellent social, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy individual and a self starter
  • High School Diploma or GED, college degree preferred

Level: Medium to High Sales Experience desired

Benefits:

The potential total compensation for the first year is $75,000 (including commissions). Our top Outside Sales Representatives make more than $90,000. Total Compensation = Base Salary (varies by experience) + Commission + Sales Bonus + Expense/ Mileage Reimbursements
