Sales Operations Analyst Full-time

What you'll be doing...

The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the design, evaluation and operationalizing of sales compensation plans globally working in close partnership with Sales Leadership, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and the Commissions teams. The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of sales-related data. Sales Operations Analyst will create both standardized and custom reports, conduct quantitative product and sales analysis, and provide support for assessing data integrity. This role is also responsible for developing standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency for Sales Operations.

Some of the things you?ll be doing include?

  • Work and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage sales compensation plans and associated data including plan performance and bonus calculations.
  • Administer sales compensation plans in the internal tools; monitor data integrity; ensure compliance with the internal policies and business rules.
  • Provide support to and address basic sales compensation queries.
  • Update and maintain on a regular basis the audit files, the analytical models and the reporting packages that derive insights and unlock value to executives and sales leaders.
  • Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data to track plan performance and metrics.
  • Analyze plan performance data, interpret overall results of sales.
  • Generate ad hoc reporting for sales management.
  • Administer weekly tasks of validating and releasing compensation plan information to Commissions for all new employees and internal transfers.
  • Assist with annual review of compensation plans; partner to create recommendation to sales leaders and finance.
  • Assist in developing presentations for senior executives.
  • Proactively interact with Sales and stakeholders to continuously find ways to improve processes that will increase customer satisfaction and maximize potential growth.

Who you are...

  • Experienced . 2+ of experience in sales operations, sales compensation, sales analytics, sales finance and/or strategy consulting roles.
  • Educated. BA/BS degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent technical or quantitative degrees required.
  • Technical. Prior knowledge of relational databases, Excel, Salesforce.com and ability to become an expert in Tableau Software?s full product suite.
  • Analytical. Able to create scalable and repeatable analytics, and able to perform complex analysis including regression, forecasting and probability modeling.
  • Communicator. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and information to a broad audience.
  • Project Manager. Strong project management and organizational skills to prioritize workloads, manage multiple initiatives to completion, adjust to changes and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Team Player. Able to build excellent rapport and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
