Customer Service/Sales Representative Full-time

Requirements:

· P&C License Preferred

· Generate sales leads, Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution

· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

· Take the extra mile to engage customers, team Player and enjoys working in a positive environment

· Process all transfers and audit requests

Responsibilities:

· Customer Service experience a plus - In financial or insurance services, or high-value e-commerce, a big plus

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

· Extreme attention to detail, excellent analytical skills

· Work well in a team environment

· Work well in a fast-paced environment

· Strong written and verbal skills

· Must be comfortable in learning new technologies

· Assist with customer retention and relationships

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour

  • insurance: 1 year (Preferred)
