Inside Sales Representative - Lead Team Member

Platinum Pest Solutions is hiring an Inside Sales Lead for our nationally ranked Pest Control Company. The Inside Sales Representatives play a vital role within our company and is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new qualified sales leads to support the Outside Sales team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new qualified leads from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!


  • Nurture new prospects via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Platinum Process and identify decision makers and appropriate buyers within the target market
  • Contact 60-80 prospects per day or more. Have fun dialing for dollars!
  • Filter email by priority for Director of Sales
  • Manage calendar for Director of Sales
  • Generate weekly activity and results report for Inside Sales team
  • Research to identify potential prospects
  • Book 10 inspections per week and log into our CRM program
  • Generate 100 qualified leads per month
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Work with the Sales Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are properly attached
  • Complete at least two sales training videos per day

Things We Are Looking For

Preferred Skills:

  • 1-3 years of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience
  • Experience with CRM programs

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent telephone, communication, and relationship building skills
  • High energy level and positive attitude
  • Resourceful, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
