Job Description: We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Technical Officer and other executives and staff. You would handle a wide array of responsibilities independently, at times with little notice or instruction. You will apply your organizational skills to ensure success in a highly-dynamic environment working alongside these individuals. Leveraging your ability to professionally get things done, you will play a key role in bringing efficiency to those you support. Your attention to detail and decision-making ability will smooth many processes and create many opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to amplify efforts of daily operations
  • Compile and submit receipts, invoices, and expense reports as necessary
  • Protect stakeholder schedules and time by filtering incoming communications (calls/emails) from external parties
  • Schedule and book travel arrangements for travel associated with market expansion
  • Maintain consistent calendars coordinating meetings and events while ensuring attendance at key meetings
  • Take on special projects as dictated and directed by stakeholders
  • Assist in collecting and compiling accountability reports and metrics
  • Collect and record assignments for follow up during meetings
  • Handle some last minute requests as they emerge

  • Experience using G Suite cloud computing for task prioritization and management
  • Knowledge and experience in residential real estate preferred
