Senior Project Manager, iNeST Full-time

The Position
Job Description
This position is part of the Pharma Technical-Individualized Therapies team responsible for the process development, manufacture and supply of individualized therapies in collaboration with our partners. Our focus is Individualized Neoantigen Specific Therapies (iNeST) manufactured on a per-patient basis.
The scope of the iNeST Project Manager role spans early and late stage technical development activities for the iNeST program. The Project Manager will interface with internal team members, stakeholders, vendors, and our partners.
Partner with iNeST Technical SMEs, Leads and Program Manager to proactively manage both internal and joint teams to achieve deliverables, identify and manage critical path activities, budget management and perform risk assessments to ensure risk mitigation plans are identified and implemented.
Manage project plans and milestones.
Manage technical and operational cross functional teams and meetings and work packages in collaboration with our external partners and contract manufacturers.
Apply strong project management skills in the improvement of business processes and tools.
Proactively communicate issues and concerns providing transparency with key customers and stakeholders such as our Partners, CMOs, Clinical Operations, and iNeST Team members.
Ensure sound decision-making principles and agreements and actions are followed up.
Provide strong meeting planning and facilitation skills to drive productive meetings and ensure discussions that adhere to identified topics and desired outcomes.
Plan and organize large joint team meetings and offsites
Take ownership of Team processes and tools, ensuring timely updates and implementing continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
BA/BS with a minimum of 8+ years of project management experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry or equivalent related experience
Drug development experience and/or development of a personalized drug is a plus.
Has relevant experience in process development, genomics. bioinformatics supply chain, regulatory or quality.
Ideal candidate has previous experience working on project teams.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Effectively communicates and integrates team members, internal and external partners to achieve team goals.
Must be proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in multiple teams.l skills.
Experience with MS Project or Smartsheet required. Experience with Tableau a plus.
Willing to travel 10-20% of time
