Environmental Services Coordinator Full-time

SUMMARY: The Environmental Services Coordinator assists the Environmental Risk Manager in the administration of various due diligence activities and processes. This position also assists external vendors with administrative, site access, and billing issues and functions as the general communications liaison between the Environmental Risk Department (ERD) and the various business lines of the Bank that conduct commercial real estate transactions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
  • Coordinates ERD services for various lines of business (LOB).
  • Conducts entry-level due diligence determinations with LOBs for ERD services.
  • Handles all entry-level RIMS RFP processing and engagement.
  • Responsible for vendor coordination and management.
  • Assists with policy Environmental Risk policy interpretation to LOB.
  • Functions as primary contact between LOB and ERD.
  • Responsible for internal/external invoicing and RIMS coordination.

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and a minimum of two years related experience and training or equivalent combination of related education and experience. The appropriate candidate should have a minimum of 1-3 years of customer service, prior administrative experience or related real estate experience.
