GROUP DESCRIPTION:
In Knowles? Intelligent Audio division, located in Mountain View, California, we complement Knowles' leading position in micro-acoustic transducers with deep expertise in audio and sensor processing, machine intelligence algorithms and the development of low-power SoCs to enable cutting-edge audio capabilities in smartphones, tablets, hearing aids and other consumer and medical devices.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage customer-facing Portal by envisioning and conceiving long term roadmap
  • Create, Build and Track Usability and Effectiveness metrics
  • Plan and Construct Weekly and Monthly Reports, Infer/extract key messages and deliver to management, thereby deriving short-term and long-term initiatives
  • Manage Portal development efforts
  • Perform Continuous Benchmarking against similar industry-leading sites

Background and Skills:.
  • MBA graduate, preferably with a Bachelor?s degree Science/Engineering or related field
  • Past experience in Technical Marketing role, having performed insightful analysis of use & effectiveness of customer-facing tools and software
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Expert-level knowledge with data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel
  • (Preferred) Proficient in simple Scripting languages
  • (Preferred) Savvy with latest generation web technologies
