Tool Administration Lead Full-time

Zenius Corporation is seeking a professional Tool Administration Lead for an upcoming project with a Federal agency in Washington DC. This position is contingent on contract award.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer eCPIC/Folio;
  • Creating, updating, managing eCPIC user accounts and group permissions;
  • Create eCPIC portfolios, OMB submission packages, manage investment portfolio membership, generate IT Portfolios in eCPIC;
  • Develop new eCPIC processes and manage access to processes;
  • Categorize fields in eCPIC;
  • Manage resource library documents within SharePoint and eCPIC;
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise across DOI with the portfolio management toolset;
  • Assist in the management of an eCPIC/Folio test server;
  • Attend (FESCOM) eCPIC monthly meetings and other training sessions;
  • Assist the Policy and Acquisition Management office with support for eCPIC construction templates and other support;
  • Develop and manage content for SPPI through various mechanisms (Email, SharePoint, eCPIC, etc.);
  • Develop customized system workflows and processes to streamline SPPI manual processes;
  • Develop and deliver custom reports;
  • Maintain Legacy System Database;
  • Maintain SPPI Access Database with application inventory data;
  • Develop Portfolio Profile Templates;
  • Develop and maintain Organizational Assessment tool;
  • Maintain SPPI SharePoint/Google site(s); and
  • Visualize data in Tableau;
  • Software development and database support;
  • Develop user and functional requirements;
  • Develop data dictionary; and
  • Develop entity relationship diagram for database.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass a government background investigation

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of seven (7) years previous related experience
  • Bachelors? degree or equivalent experience required
