Senior Digital Marketing Analyst Full-time

What you?ll be doing?

The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst plays a key role in providing actionable insights that Digital team can use to inform and optimize strategy across paid digital channels including Search, Social, Programmatic, and Direct Media. Main responsibilities include building a suite of analytics for providing data-driven insights that guide execution, optimization, and media investment decisions. This role uses data to measure channel performance, understands multi-touch attribution models, and determines how best to allocate marketing investment across competing opportunities. This position is ideal for a self-motivated and data-driven individual that has a willingness to learn, enjoys problem solving and wants to build a career in an advanced technology company. The role requires the ability to identify and gather relevant data to enable analysis, creatively provide insights from results and communicate recommendations to various audiences (marketers to executive leadership) to support decision making.


Some of the things you?ll be doing include ?

  • Develop comprehensive analysis for major projects on digital performance to drive optimization, reporting and analysis
  • Serve as the digital analytics subject matter expert focusing on Channel Performance Analytics, Marketing Optimization, Customer Segmentation, Multi-touch Attribution and ROI, and Brand Measurement
  • Own and maintain Tableau dashboards & visualizations to help marketing team make critical decisions and understand the overall health of the digital media programs
  • Drive solutions to improve data quality issues and design data architecture by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Oversee and drive tagging processes and data governance to improve data collection and optimization
  • Participate as the Digital delegate in cross-functional data conversations
  • Lead development of consistent ?test and learn? approach across digital programs and drive best practices to enable insights generation
  • Translate business requirements from the digital marketing team into analytical specifications and collaborate with a team of marketing analysts and data scientists in building advanced models
  • Proactively identify new data sets to incorporate into media and web analytics platforms for deeper optimization opportunities.

Who you are?

  • Experienced. 5-7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics & consulting.
  • Educated. BS/BA or advanced degree in related field
  • Domain. Extensive experience in SQL, Alteryx & Tableau (or similar platforms). Familiarity with Google Analytics and DoubleClick Campaign Manager. Experience with Google Ads Data Hub a plus.
  • Go-Getter. Able to prioritize time effectively and manage competing projects.
  • Excellent Communication. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A True Team Player. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with analytical and non-analytical team members and stakeholders.
  • A Strong Communicator . Exceptional communication, both oral and written. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed. Ability to work independently and multi-task. Handle details accurately and in a timely manner.
