Administrative Assistant (Part Full-time

Community Partner?s is looking for an Administrative to provide clerical and administrative support to assigned programs. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Taking inventory of assigned supplies including coffee supplies, paper products, office supplies, janitorial items, kitchen supplies, etc.
  • Order supplies to include coffee bags and filters, office supplies, kitchen supplies, etc.
  • Responsible for keeping kitchens and bathroom stocked with necessary supplies
  • Responsible for supply room stock and maintenance
  • Responsible for water coolers; coordinates maintenance, restocks cups, ensures cleanliness
  • Produces business cards for staff as needed/requested
  • Serves as back up for receptionist as needed
  • Travels to other office locations, bank and post office as needed
  • Provides administrative support as needed
  • Attends meetings, trainings and events as assigned
  • Performs tasks, projects and other duties as assigned

A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

As local travel is a requirement of this position, candidate must have a valid driver?s license, clean driving record, proof of adequate vehicle liability coverage, and reliable transportation.

All candidates must pass a background check which includes criminal and driving records.
