Job Description

The essential responsibilities of this position are to provide service to the agency staff as well as the agency producers.



  • Scan, upload, index, save files digitally for agency clients including: LADL and Investments.
  • Complete and in good order documentation of all files is a key part of the Agency.
  • New Business Files (Pending Clients):
  • Download application and additional forms from Workbench, create a digital file or save in digital file created.
  • Once case is reported and delivery requirements completed, need to close the file from Pending Client to Existing Client
  • Confirming all documents are in file as per checklist.
  • Correct indexing of forms. Attention to detail needed.
  • Customer Service Files (Existing Clients):
  • Upload all emails and forms sent to Home Office Customer Service to the existing client file.
  • Documentation in each file is key to the Agency.
  • Investment:
  • Create digital file, (upload paper files to digital).
  • Confirming all documents are in file as per checklist.
  • Correct indexing of forms. Attention to detail needed.
  • Assist in other filing tasks.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.


  • Bilingual (Proficient Reading, Writing, Speaking in Spanish and English)
  • Strong Organizational Skills, multi-tasking, time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Strong computer skills (Office 365 and internet use)
  • Superior customer service orientation.
  • Self ? starter and fast paced.
  • Detail knowledge of financial services products. (Training is provided)
  • Troubleshooting problems and finding prompt and efficient solutions.

  • Good communication skills and tact with clients/agents.
  • Reading Comprehension -Understanding written work-related documents.

  • Working with supervision.
  • Dress code- must wear daily uniform provided.
