Retail Store Manager Full-time

We are currently seeking outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated retail store manager who have a passion for handbags and fashion accessories to join our dynamic team in these positions:

  • Retail Store Manager at Windward Mall (FT only)

You have:

  • At least 3 year of retail sales experience (preferably in women's clothing, fashion, or related industries) in positions as store manager or assistant manager
  • Drive and motivation to meet and exceed provided sales goals
  • Experience in leading a diversified team of individuals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage your team
  • Great with training new hires and re-training existing team members
  • Ability to engaging with customers in an active way
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers
  • A friendly and pleasant approach to customer service
  • Excellent listening skills with ability to adjust sales style to individual customers
  • A flexible schedule with ability to adjust
  • Ability to multitask
