Project Coordinator Virtual

Tasks the role will be performing:

The scope of the work may include project administrative tasks:
  • Entering project information in sales force systems.
  • Managing project schedule across different / global time zones and setting up weekly tasks and meetings
  • Maintaining and tracking a program log of issues, risks and action items across multiple projects
  • Collecting project status from team members (weekly)
  • Producing a project status report (weekly)
  • Attending status meetings (weekly)
  • Modifying data in systems to more accurately reflect project status (changing dates on tasks, reassigning project tasks, etc. )
  • Scheduling project meetings and interviews
  • Arranging workshop logistics
  • Potentially, note-taking during project interviews
  • Summarize interview findings
  • Review and summarize client documentation
  • Other project related tasks, as needed
  • The overall objective of this role will be to provide the project with administrative support for multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements for the position:

  • 2-4 years project coordinating or project managing ideally for professional services (e.g. managing consulting projects)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Citizenship preferred for work on government projects
  • Ability to work independently
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills
