Product Marketing Manager Full-time

In this role, you?ll dive deep to understand customers, common job roles, and their scenarios and requirements across key industries, such as retail, manufacturing, and healthcare. You?ll drive a shared vision across Microsoft for how we can help improve overall productivity outcomes for these workers by driving new integrations with industry partners, and deliver tailored experiences. Work with stakeholders across the company, including engineering, planning, and marketing roles, to deliver a roadmap for tailored solutions - informed by your understanding of industries. You?ll also work with key industry partners and customers to share our vision of productivity, and drive integrations that make all our shared customers even more productive and collaborative. In this role, you?ll also drive and support broader marketing efforts for Microsoft and for our partners to drive engagement and awareness of these solutions. Responsibilities

  • Driving research to understand how Microsoft can improve productivity outcomes in industry scenarios
  • Create strategies for addressing customer requirements for segments within an industry
  • Driving industry events and engagements with 3rd-party partners and developers
  • Plan and execute partner pre-release programs, industry engagement events, and product launch activities
  • Create and drive targeted content that engages developers with Microsoft 365
  • Work with key partners as they envision, build, ship, and market their applications

Qualifications

  • 3 years? experience+ in a product marketing role
  • Experience managing and delivering two or more projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor?s degree (BS/BA) is required
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders across teams
  • Technical background or demonstrated the ability to develop expertise in technical subjects, such as programming and product development
  • Self-motivated and comfortable defining your own objectives and priorities
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Strong customer empathy and attention to detail in managing relationships
