Lead Technical Recruiter Full-time

Immediate opportunity for an experience Lead technical recruiter to the lead Talent Acquisition team. This is a player/coach role. The lead recruiter is expected to spend approximately 25% of efforts on management and 75% of efforts directly recruiting candidates. Entrepreneurial and motivated team player required for a fast-paced environment.

A successful Lead Recruiter will manage an emids Talent Acquisition team and the full recruiting life cycle including, but not limited to, partnering/consulting with hiring managers; developing fulfillment strategies; sourcing candidates; reviewing and assessing resumes; conducting phone and in-person interviews; and conducting post interviews/offer discussions. Strong customer relationship management skills and partnerships are key to having success in this role, accompanied by an ability to identify skilled talent that will positively add value to our culture and growth.

Manage, influence and lead 2-5 recruiters and oversee day-to-day team performance.
Conduct full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to conduct workforce planning, shape and qualify requisitions and build compelling job descriptions.
Be creative and find the best candidates for our organization, leveraging multiple channel sources, networks and innovation.
Effectively screen, qualify, and interview candidates for emids. Provide top recommendations to hiring managers.
Recommend and implement continual process improvements. We leverage technology and are constantly looking for more ways to improve our operational efficiency to provide our candidates with an exceptional experience.
Maintain active communication and follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hire process.
Provide weekly status to the emids leadership and maintain accurate reporting and requisition updates in ATS.
Coordinate and collaborate with various emids team members to streamline and execute acquisition lifecycle.
Coordinate and attend job fairs and networking events with a plan to identify candidates, develop relationships and a network of referral sources.
Identify and manage external recruiting vendors and maintain their assignments, performance and relationship.

Required Skills:

2+ year of experience in leading recruiting team of 2-5 technical recruiters
5+ years of hands on experience in full recruiting lifecycle
Strong attention to detail, organized and excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
The willingness and desire to work independently, as well as collaboratively, and to take on additional responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication experience
Experience in identifying and managing effective recruiting vendors
Advance knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) tools
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:

Knowledge of EEO, OFCCP, ADA, DOL classifications and other government compliance regulations that affect job recruitment
Qualifications (Education/Experience): Bachelor?s Degree in Organization Management, HR or related field (Nice to have).
