Agency Manager Full-time

This is a leadership role designed to build out an agency with talent. We are in Business-2-Business Sales in the Voluntary Employee Benefits Arena.

There are 3 primary functions required to achieve success in this role.

  • Recruit - use our systems and processes to attract talent.
  • Train - teach all new agents our sales processes. This includes actively executing our sales processes with and for your new agents.
  • Develop - consistently use our training and coaching processes to help your team members execute each step of our processes independently.

The person for this must be Flexible, Adaptable and Trainable.

While no Sales or Insurance experience is required, it could be useful.

Salary: $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
