Rental Customer Service Representative Full-time

  • Offer alternatives and options to overcome objections
  • Adhere to shift assignments in a demand driven operation
  • Accept repetitive work tasks performed in a confined work area
  • Proven ability to become an expert in all related applications, policies, and the vehicle rental process
  • Maintain Dale Holdings? standards for appearance, professionalism, and dependability
  • Understand the damage loss report reporting procedure

Requirements

Availabe to work Tuesdays-Friday 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
