Timpanogos Regional is looking for a customer service orientation individual to join their team as a hospital (PBX) Operator. PRN

The Operator is responsible for answering all incoming phones into the facility. Handles all alarms and codes in the Hospital. Performs minor secretarial duties and assists in Emergency Room registration as needed. This role is required to answer the telephone professionally and in a timely manner and direct calls appropriately. Demonstrates professional behavior in actions and consistently portrays a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Basic computer and phone skills required.
  • Customer service experience strongly preferred.

Skills:
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Good verbal and written skills required.
