Associate System Administrator Full-time

Our IT department is looking for an Associate System Administrator to join their team. The Associate System Administrator is responsible for configuration and customization of the credit union?s specialized application systems. This position requires in-depth knowledge of process workflows and the job functions of all operational roles that participate in that workflow. The Associate System Administrator works closely with management to evaluate the business process, data integrity, and compliance issues as they relate to the loan origination systems.


Associate System Administrator Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical direction and support in the development of processes and workflows in the use of all credit union application systems. Responsible for analysis, planning, testing, and implementation of projects and tasks.
  • Work with business units to build, test, and implement new system enhancements such as business rules, custom input forms, workflows, and third-party integrations through advanced system configuration.
  • Manage system upgrades and enhancements through testing of new functionality, deployment to a production environment, and communication to end users.
  • Monitor system version updates and address system configuration updates where needed.
  • Provide solutions for internal support issues by troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner and escalating to software vendor as needed.
  • Understand the definitions and configuration of system settings.
  • Ensure effective change management and system configuration.
  • Train business units on new release changes and features.
  • Maintain user access rights for new employees, transfers, and terminations.
  • Create and maintain system reports/data tapes.
  • Additional related duties may be assigned, as required.

Associate System Administrator Qualifications

  • Associate?s degree or equivalent experience or specialized course work.
  • 1 to 3 years of Mortgage or Consumer Lending industry, CRIF, MeridianLink, or Mortgage Cadence administration experience, preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years of CRIF ACTion, MeridianLink, or Mortgage Cadence administration experience preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years of Tenemos Collection application experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills involving workflow design, configuration, and process improvement
  • Strong understanding of the loan lifecycle
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Visio, Excel, and Word a must; basic skills in Microsoft Project also preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to carry out written or oral instructions
  • Proven ability to handle complex issues across multiple business groups
  • Capability and desire to work on multiple, concurrent projects
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
  • Ability to interact and display courteous, tactful professionalism with all levels of employees and management
  • Knowledge of credit union and banking documentation laws and regulations
