Front Desk / Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant - Full Time with Customer Service Experience who is Committed to Creating Healthy Lifestyles is needed for One of New England's leading Chiropractic & Wellness Centers.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting and assisting patients at check-in and check-out, answering calls, scheduling appointments, data entry, and general administrative duties.

Our busy, rapidly expanding chiropractic and wellness center is looking for an extraordinary Front Desk / Reception / Office Assistant, Full-Time, with Customer Service experience. Our team is dedicated, optimistic and fun to work with. You must be a positive energy, "Can do" individual! Our primary focus is unsurpassed patient quality care and outstanding customer service. This position offers an opportunity to grow with the company.

  • Experience working with billing and coding in a healthcare facility is a plus but not necessary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and manage the patient flow for multiple services and products
  • Schedule patient appointments in person as well as over the phone
  • Take payments and answer basic financial questions for patients
  • Perform data entry and use of patient management software.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

  • Front Desk, Administrative Assistant experience with superior Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a changing and fast-paced climate
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborate, team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, organized individual and ability to prioritize independently
  • Superb attention to detail and ability to multi-task proficiently
  • Strong initiative and the willingness to help out with other departments when needed as a team player
  • Professional in mannerisms and appearance
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Enjoys Fitness and lives a healthy lifestyle
