Executive Director - Assisted Living

IntegraCare Corporation manages several unique Senior Living, Assisted Living, Independent Living & Memory Care Communities including, Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield, a premier Assisted Living Community. We are currently searching for a professional, dedicated and proven leader to lead the community and support its continued status as ?A Great Place to Work and a Great Place to Live?.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all day-to-day operations of the community in accordance with DHS regulations, state and local ordinances, and company standards
  • Provide leadership, coaching and counseling to management and line staff
  • Responsible for ensuring that the highest degree of quality care is provided at all times
  • Represent the community in a professional manner
  • Proactively market the community to maintain a positive image and reputation with the community and to maintain census at the highest possible level

Qualifications:

  • A Pennsylvania Assisted Living Administrator certification is required; a Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) Certification or Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License accepted
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related discipline or an Associate?s degree/60 credit hours from an accredited college/university, or an RN or LPN License with one year of work experience in a related field will be considered
  • Four or more years of leadership experience in the healthcare, human services or social services field, at least two of which are in an Administrator/Executive Director capacity

  • Must be naturally conditioned to seek and accept ideas from others, but maintain decision authority and responsibility when needed
  • Must be able to effectively weigh the risk against the benefit through critical thinking processes
  • Must be a confident influencer and team builder who frequently engages in team consensus and collaboration to solve current and ongoing issues

Communication & Collaboration

  • Must be a lively and inclusive communicator with the skills to be influential and persuasive when the situation dictates
  • Must be able to effectively stimulate others through open and flowing communication based on the needs of others
  • Must be able to collaborate with others and facilitate thought-provoking discussion, while maintaining the ability to take charge of the conversation and lead with confidence
