This is an exciting time for Tris as we further expand our first National Sales Force in support of our ADHD product launch.


The (Sr.) Healthcare Sales Representative is a field based position that serves as a direct link between Tris Pharma and health care providers (HCPs) and clients in the assigned geographical region. He/she handles all operational aspects of pharmaceutical sales and service including, but not limited to: generating sales, communication and promotion of the clinical and economic benefits of the product, building and maintaining successful relationships, educating health care staffs, and identifying new opportunities for growth. The (Sr.) Healthcare Sales Representative works cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources on Sales related issues.


Sr. Healthcare Sales Professionals:

  • 4 year Bachelor degree (or equivalent) from an accredited University required
  • 4+ years? experience selling Pharmaceutical products required
  • Experience calling on Pediatric health care providers required
  • Launch Experience with Pharmaceutical products a strong plus
  • Experience selling ADHD Pharmaceutical products a strong plus
  • Experience calling on Pediatric Psychiatry health care providers a strong plus
  • Must have been in top 25% of current sales team (and/or President?s Club) for at least one of the last three years
  • Demonstrate the following: work ethic and integrity; planning, organizing and territory management skills; strong interpersonal skills; excellent communication skills; critical thinking and analysis; problem solving; decisiveness; sound judgement; customer-focused selling skills; basic computer skills; ability to listen and learn.

Healthcare Sales Professionals:

  • 4 year Bachelor degree (or equivalent) from an accredited University required
  • 2+ years? experience selling Pharmaceutical products required
  • Launch Experience with Pharmaceutical products a strong plus
  • Must have been in top 25% of current sales team (and/or President?s Club) for at least one of the last three years
