Office Manager / Customer Service Manager Full-time

We are currently seeking an experienced office manager with proven supervisory, communication and analytical skills. The position covers a wide range of responsibilities that can vary on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, great customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and a general technical aptitude.

Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Manage the non-technical customer service and administrative aspects of our operation

  • Basic accounting functions including invoicing and accounts receivable management

  • Sales support activities

  • Vendor management

  • Support for the executive team

Candidate requirements for the Office Manager position include:

  • 4 year degree from an accredited institution

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar or supporting position

  • A team player with an ability to easily interact with others

  • Quick learner with good work habits

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

  • Works well under pressure with the ability to handle unexpected events in a positive manner


The Office Manager position is located in our Tarrytown, NY office. Standard office hours are 8:45 am ? 5:30 pm. We are looking for a team player that can grow with us.
