Architectural Assistant Project Manager Full-time

at Slattery and Associates Architects in Florida (Published at 14-03-2019)

Boca Raton Florida based Slattery and Associates, Inc is seeking a full time experienced team member to fill an open Assistant Project Manager position. You will be expected to assist a team leader with preparing AutoCAD and Revit generated drawings and develop the design of medium to large commercial, hospitality and multi-family projects from Conceptual Design through the Design Development and Construction Documents phases. You will assist the General Contractor during the Construction Administration phase by answering Contractor RFIs and issuing Supplemental information to allow the Contractor to construct the project in accordance with the Owner's program.

Successful Candidate must have:

  • Professional Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 5 years experience producing Architectural Construction Documents
  • Strong Experience with AutoCAD and REVIT Software is a MUST
  • Knowledge of Building / Fire Codes and the Permitting Process
  • Must work well on a team on multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proficient grammar (written and verbal)
  • Pleasant, friendly, positive and outgoing demeanor

The ideal Candidate will also:

  • Have a Professional Architect's License in the State of Florida
  • Have 10 or more years experience in a commercial Architect's office.
  • Strong Experience in AutoCAD, REVIT and ARCHICAD
  • Have Recent Hospitality, Country Club, and Multi-Story Residential project experience
  • Currently live locally to Boca Raton, Florida
