Builder Account Representative - Countertop Order Processing Full-time

Artelye, Inc. has been supplying countertops to customers through home improvement stores, commercial projects, remodeling contractors, builder markets, and our residential showroom for over 20 years.

We have an IMMEDIATE OPENING for an experienced customer service/account administrator to join our Builder Account team. Please apply if you have granite, stone or countertop experience!!

TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES:

* Manage jobs by paying close attention to all job details.

* Check builder portal daily for new orders, updates, or service requests.

* Answer phone calls/emails, and returning messages hourly.

* Schedule measure and install dates in a timely manner according to the builder's contractual obligations.

* Assemble the appropriate paperwork needed for Installation and Service Tickets.

* Communicate with Sales, CAD, Production, and field personnel to ensure jobs are being properly completed.

* Place orders (with Purchasing) for sinks and material (slabs) at the appropriate time to accommodate the builders' schedules.

* Make sure all materials are present for fabrication and installation.

* Review contracts to ensure they are signed and be sure the customer is aware of our processes, providing proper literature whenever necessary.

* Analyze drawings and measurements for accuracy (based on sample drawings and customer requests).

* Coordinate deposits and final payments with the Accounting department through email AND notes on the appropriate Moraware activity notes.

* Construct contractual pricing information and present to the accounting department.

* Keep current customers informed and trained on new and existing products and programs

* Manage account services through quality checks and other activities

* Manage customer relationship: expectations, needs, concerns, etc., in order to encourage the consumption and sale of new products

QUALIFICATIONS

* Must have knowledge of granite and/or countertop materials

* Must be friendly and personable

* Skilled at interacting with Field Superintendents

* Can work fast and accurately

* Proficient with Microsoft Office and can type at least 40 wpm

* Ability to easily navigate multiple computer screens

* Clear English-speaking voice with excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Willing to learn new concepts, products, and ideas

* Problem-solving skills and attention to details are A MUST!

* Moraware (scheduling software), 20/20 kitchen and bath designing, home improvements or similar is a plus
