Hail Medic is a rapidly growing paintless dent repair ( PDR ) company that services Denver and Colorado Springs. We are looking for someone who is a team player and wants to be key member of helping to grow the business. Advancement opportunities will be available as we get in to our busy season and the company expands.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable / receivable
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Payroll
  • Answer phone calls
  • Assist sales staff

Required experience and skills

  • Proficient in Quickbooks desktop
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Organized
  • Detail oriented
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Team player
