Lease/Accounting Coordinator (Phoenix, AZ) Full-time

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and intuitive administrative professional to support our corporate leasing and accounting teams in Phoenix, AZ! The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented and a strong communicator that can work independently in a fast paced, flexible environment. High proficiency in Microsoft Office a must.

This is a full-time, non-exempt, permanent position. The schedule is 7:30am ? 5:30pm Monday ? Thursday and 7:30am ? 11:30am Friday. Minimal travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Support firmwide leasing and accounting teams with administrative duties
  • Maintain and update leasing information in database
  • Act as a liaison with landlords and Lease Analyst to ensure that all day to day lease expenses, including rent, CAM, taxes, insurance and OPEX are paid and up to date
  • Check on real estate inbox daily and allocate tasks amongst appropriate group members
  • Process invoices for payment. These may be for construction, architectural services or other
  • Generate monthly subtenant invoices
  • Maintain lists of real estate projects and associated tracking codes
  • Primary contact for landlords on lease administration issues
  • Update insurance database and communicate changes with our carrier as office locations are added or deleted
  • Coordinate Fleet Management Program
  • Schedule meetings, complete expense reports and travel arrangements for group members
  • Additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Paralegal, Real Estate, or relevant experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to requests for assistance
  • Ability to manage and balance multiple tasks and priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to learn new tasks and/or software programs quickly
  • Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
