We are currently looking for a catering cook/chef to help our growing catering/events team as we work as one of Phoenix?s premiere catering companies.

We execute a wide variety of events from drop off catering to full service plated galas. The candidate we are seeking has as much passion as we do for preparing outstanding food, providing excellent service and sharing it with others. This is a multi-faceted role and we are seeking someone well rounded and flexible, the right candidate is someone who can assist with food prep, help manage all aspects of kitchen production, execute catering off site, including set-up, break down and transport of product.

Necessary Qualities:

  • Ability to organize, help manage and assist in the execution of daily prep task.
  • A strong culinary direction with a solid understanding of many cuisines.
  • Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with quick response and follow up.
  • Adept at managing one?s time, being able to multi -task and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in the production kitchen and at offsite events.
  • 3+ years of high-volume restaurant, hotel or catering experience.
  • CLEAN ARIZONA DRIVER'S LICENSE IS A MUST

Primary responsibilities:

  • Play an integral organizational and creative leadership role in a fast-growing catering company.
  • Help oversee and manage all areas of the kitchen (including staffing, scheduling, operational logistics, ordering and cost controls)
  • Work in tandem with the owners and kitchen team to strategize ways to improve overall catering operation.
  • Deliver high caliber, artistically presented food that is in line with the owner?s vision.
  • Work alongside other kitchen staff to develop innovative new menu ideas and recipes.
