Personal Assistant And House Manager For A Busy Family And Business Owner. Full-time

at Care.com in Arizona (Published at 11-02-2019)

Must be a good communicator, writer, and be good with technology and social media in order to post relevant content to promote company products daily. Must be willing to travel with owner up 12 days per month. Major holidays and weekends off. Other responsibilities include:
  • Supporting phone calls and emails through note taking and responding as directed
  • Printing and organizing marketing material
  • Unloading and organizing catalog materials (must be able to lift boxes of literature)
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down booths to display product at trade shows and table tops
