American National is seeking a Multiple Line National Field Recruiting Manager for our Springfield, MO location. This role is responsible for our talent acquisition strategies, processes, and tools to attract Agent and General Agent candidates to the Multiple Line field organization.


  • Establish and implement recruitment efforts that effectively communicate and support the Multiple Line mission and strategic vision
  • Develop and monitor the candidate screening and selection processes and workflows
  • Continually evaluate the candidate experience and ways to enhance the overall process
  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and contract qualified candidates to support the field recruiting goals
  • Continually assess the competitiveness of all recruiting related programs and practices against relevant benchmarks
  • Research, analyze, and present recruiting related information to guide future strategic initiatives
  • Manage talent acquisition projects to improve efficiencies for recruitment model, including sourcing tools, employment branding, social media, and onboarding
  • Cultivate and manage third party relationships
  • Work closely with Regional Field Leaders to share best practices, provide assistance to critical needs, and coordinate on national-level initiatives
  • Develop and conduct training programs and provide training material and resources for the field to improve recruiting and hiring efficiencies and reduce turnover
  • Collaborate with marketing to create innovative programs, events, and campaigns to generate awareness, build candidate pipelines, and drive recruiting efforts.
  • Create and deliver email and social media marketing campaigns to encourage prospective candidates to engage with our brand.


  • Bachelor degree preferred; preferably in a Human Resources, Business, or Communication-related field
  • 1-3 Years? experience in a recruiting and/or marketing role
  • Experience in a training capacity preferred (webinars, classroom)
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide off-site network
  • Tech-savvy with solid experience in Microsoft Office, iCIMS ATS experience preferred
  • Strong time-management, project-management, and follow-up skills
