Plant Administrator Full-time

Administer and perform the assigned SOPs(Standard Operating Procedures) in a manner that is within the company's strategic plan guidelines utilizing a positive attitude. Train and supervise shipping & receiving clerks on assigned S & R SOPs and take corrective actions, and/or disciplinary actions as necessary. Report customer required information per Millwood and customer time deadlines. Construct and maintain reports and records as required by Millwood and customer. Daily reconciliation of inbound and outbound shipments, schedule carrier appointments. Answer phones, accounts payable transaction reporting, payroll reporting per SOPs, record and maintain hourly attendance records/files, process employee documentation such as vacation requests, absence excuses, disciplinary action forms, etc. per HR SOPs. Conduct hourly new hire orientation per HR SOPs. Assist plant manager in communicating with and seeking advise from Regional HR regarding employee relations, issues and accidents. Office tasks and other duties as assigned.
GED or High School Diploma
