Job Responsibilities:
  • Designs, programs, tests, implements, documents and maintains computing applications Gathers and evaluates end user requirements
  • Writes and compiles code and constructs database objects based on documented design
  • Analyzes information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs and other application architecture requirements
  • Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality
  • Identifies and resolves programming or application architecture problems
  • Reviews system performance and identifies and recommends improvements

Required Qualifications:
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
  • 3+ years of experience with Linux Programming including PHP, Python
  • Experience with SQL and Java
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with JavaScript, SQL Server, .NET, Pivotal Cloud Foundry
  • Experience in a DevOps environment using CI/CD
  • Experience with Boeing AD&S agile software development standards, processes and techniques in assigned tasks
  • Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) usage at Boeing
Typical Education / Experience:
Technical bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
