Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, we teach clients diagnosed with autism and related disorders, to successfully learn important skill sets that will enrich their lives, in a scientific and measurable way. Our programs are extensively supervised and researched based.

General Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, nurturing and committed individual who is interested in learning research-based procedures. We are very interested in people who are highly organized, committed to quality, and want to learn how to make a difference in a child's life.

Under the supervision of the Clinical Director and Clinical Coordinator, the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist is responsible for the direct implementation of individualized treatment plans and behavior protocols.

The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist is also responsible for data collection and maintaining documentation for each client.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide educational and intellectual, emotional and social growth instruction to assigned client
  • Provide intensive behavioral intervention services to assigned client
  • Implement individualized treatment plan, goals, and checklists as written and directed by behavior analyst
  • Track and graph data as instructed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is preferred
  • Students working towards a Bachelor's degree are welcome
  • Experience working with children is required

Schedule:

Monday 4:00pm-6:45pm

Tuesday 4:00pm-6:45pm

Wednesday 3:45pm-5:45pm

Friday 4:00pm-6:30pm

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00 to $23.00 /year
