Job Description:

Are you someone that gets excited by constantly evolving technology, the wireless industry, and enjoys interacting with people? We have positions available for energetic, customer-centric individuals to work in an exciting industry.
  • Become a wireless expert through product & service interaction
  • Assist customers with finding the right AT&T devices, Apps, services, and accessories based on their needs.
  • Stay up to date on the fast-paced wireless industry through training & experiences
  • Provide a fun & professional retail experience for customers and co-workers.
  • Be able to determine your own success through a compensation plan that rewards individuals for meeting & exceeding personal and store goals.
  • Compensation through Hourly wage, commissions & incentives. Including access to other benefits including Health, Dental/Vision, Life Ins., Flex, 401k w/matching, and Phone & Service discounts.

Responsibilities:


  • Meet and Exceed Sales Goals in various categories
  • Interact with customers to identify sales opportunities
  • Assisting customers with all of their wireless needs, including Activations, Billing questions, Applications, Rate Plan reviews, and more.
  • Communicate all promotions to customers.
  • Attend all required meetings; complete all required trainings timely.
  • Promote the business through community involvement.
  • Ensure you are demonstrating a commitment to excellence towards our customers.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent, BS/BA preferred
  • Wireless experience preferred
  • Retail Experience preferred
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Enjoy interaction with all types of people
  • Able to communicate effectively & professionally with customers, co-workers & management.
  • Ability to operate a computer with Word/Excel experience plus excellent keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflict in an effective & professional manner.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, good attitude, and outgoing personality.
  • Must be able to adhere to a professional dress code and have a professional demeanor at all times.

Additional Needs: Bi-Lingual highly encouraged, but not required.
