Marketing & Leasing Specialist Full-time

at Charles A. Von Stein, Inc. in Florida (Published at 12-01-2019)

$12 - $15 an hour

Job Duties:
- Various office tasks such as scanning, faxing, organizing, filing, etc.
- Take calls throughout the day from potential tenants and recording notes regarding first and followup conversations.
- Coordinate with agents and leasing assistants on the field to meet with prospects.
- Record notes on meetings, requested lease terms and objections into excel spreadsheet.
- Update lease brochures using Microsoft Publisher and update on various websites.
- Draw layouts using SmartDraw.
- Create Specialized Maps showing Local Tenants.
- Create SitePlans and internal mapping using Illustrator or Indesign.
- Follow up with prospects.
- Fill out Standard Leases and Send Leases to prospects.

We're looking for a self-starter, not afraid to work autonomously or without little direction, with great interpersonal skills. Must somewhat enjoy speaking on the phone, texting and emailing. Should be able to type at least 45+ words per minute accurately. Marketing and sales skills/knowledge are a huge plus. Knowledge in Excel and Publisher is required. Basic knowledge in Adobe Illustrator or Indesign is a plus. A real estate license is not required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour
