Sales Manager, Bank Parnterships Full-time

Here?s what we?re looking for from you, an Account Executive, Banking Partnerships:

A business leader who can create a substantial flow of revenue from clients in the banking industry. As Account Executive, Banking Partnerships, you will be responsible for establishing new customer relationships. Initially, this role is an individual contributor position, but we are seeking a growth-oriented individual with a general management and leadership profile to help built out a team as demand continues to increase.
Our ideal candidate for this role will bring a track record of success and experience selling FinTech solutions to community banks and credit unions. This could include experience with lending, core banking, or account opening solutions that support banking operations.

Responsibilities

In this key selling role you will have responsibility for achieving financial objectives for the company which will be accomplished through:

  • Revenue Generation: This role will deliver forecasted revenue by securing deals for our commercial, consumer and patient lending loan closing platform with new clients and expanding programs with existing clients. The ability to work cross-functionally to design and price solutions that meet both client needs and the company?s internal financial expectations is crucial. The most critical measure of success is revenue.
  • Business Planning: Build the revenue growth strategy for the company?s financial institution vertical. This includes developing a prioritized plan for engaging new clients, as well as collaborating with Marketing and Product Management to shape and tailor solutions to enhance revenue generation from community banks, while remaining cognizant of how they engage their customers.
  • Marketing/Lead Gen: We are seeking someone with established relationships within the independent / community banking arena. The goal is to generate awareness, curiosity, and interest in our offerings that drive quality leads.
  • Client Engagement: Establish relationships within the early adopter community among banking prospects and create innovative ways to solve their internal operating problems. This may include bringing insights and ideas to clients proactively as a way to engage and help solve problems that they may not even be aware of until they have seen our unique solutions.

Requirements

  • Possess an in-depth experience either working in and leading?or selling services and solutions to?any/all core segments of community banking.
  • Substantial experience selling complex solutions involving technology and business operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and leverage champion relationships at middle management levels to drive business results.
  • High energy, competitive and a drive for success.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • The ability to work independently?this position will be responsible for a large geographic area and customer relationships across the country.
  • Strong business acumen and commitment to self-development.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
